My Jeep was having issues in the morning with the shifter. I was able to drop off my Jeep in the morning and pick it up before 5pm. I appreciate the fast work with fixing my issue. I have found the Lancaster dealership professional, helpful and very friendly. Senior citizens have their own problems and I think we can find friendly people ready to assist you at any time. I am slowly trying to be knowledgable in many facets of our lives because my husband of 57 years can no longer handle many things that came natural to him. Therefore until now he handled just about everything especially finances. Because he was a Vice President of finance for a local bank. He is now 77 and many things are no longer easy for him. Therefore I appreciate any friendly advice. More

I was on a weekend trip to the Lancaster area this past weekend. As I was entering Lancaster, my check engine light came on. I got a message from the jeep app indicating that I needed to have my jeep ser weekend. As I was entering Lancaster, my check engine light came on. I got a message from the jeep app indicating that I needed to have my jeep serviced immediately. I was told that there was a jeep dealer on Liberty road. I headed there. I stopped at the sales building and explained my situation. The sales person came right out and showed me exactly where I needed to go to get to the service area. I walked into the service area. I went in and explained to my situation to Dustin Hoffman who grabbed a code reader from under the counter and followed me out to my 2020 Gladiator. He read the code and explain what the issue was and indicated the he needed to talk to his guy in service for a second and would be right back. He explained that my jeep needed to be reprogrammed and that his guy indicated that it should only take about 20 minutes. It was only 15 minutes later that he came back and indicated the the service was complete and was covered under warrantee. Every employee that I came in contact with at Brubaker Chrysler Jeep had outstanding customer relations skills and I am very impresses with this dealership. So much so, I my drive from Delaware to this dealership for my next purchase. More
