My 2018 Jeep left me sit at a light, needless to say it was a selanoid in the valve body that had shorted. I did not buy my Jeep at Brubaker’s but they went above and beyond as if I did and provided me a v was a selanoid in the valve body that had shorted. I did not buy my Jeep at Brubaker’s but they went above and beyond as if I did and provided me a very nice brand new Jeep like mine for a loaner until my Jeep was fixed and kept me informed every step of the way since my Jeep was in the shop about a week. Amazing customer service and the two ladies at the desk were so kind. Charlene went above and beyond and she helped to push things along for me and it is greatly appreciated and her kindness. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if I ever purchase a Jeep in the future, I will go here. The treated me better than Keller Brothers in Lititz by far which is where I bought it from. Thank you kindly for taking such good care of me and my Jeep!!!! More

I have an odd situation in that I have to travel from Harrisburg to Lancaster for service. I brought my vehicle in for oil change as well as inspection. My problem is that they wouldn't allow my vehicl Harrisburg to Lancaster for service. I brought my vehicle in for oil change as well as inspection. My problem is that they wouldn't allow my vehicle to pass inspection because of small fractures in my tires. I had to make a decision on the spot, buy new tires or walk away without getting new inspection stickers. I didn't want to leave without passing inspection particularly since I traveled this far. To add insult to injury, I paid more for the new tires than the allowance Brubaker's gave me on a trade-in, which was also a same model van, for the van I currently.own. Think about that for a moment. I am disappointed with the treatment I have received from Brubakers. It has nothing to do with any one individual, but company policy as a whole. I possibly now will severe my relationship with the company and stay with someone closer to where I live. More
