Very disappointed in the service of my car. I have concerns that there was engine damage to my car caused by a recall situation. I feel my concerns were not taken seriously after 3 visits to the servi concerns that there was engine damage to my car caused by a recall situation. I feel my concerns were not taken seriously after 3 visits to the service center and videos I emailed to the service email. I was then charged a diagnostic fee. When I brought the car back for the 3rd time I questioned why I was being charged a 2nd diagnostic fee for the same problem. I felt Dustin and Steve did a lot of mansplaining and didn’t address my concern or take my inconvenience into consideration at all. I will not go back there. I feel badly because Lisa was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate her manner. More
