I have no complaints about salesman, Jonathan, but major complaint about dealership. With trade-in, I am to receive $4,000 back. Bought vehicle yesterday but was told check not ready because “owner not ther complaint about dealership. With trade-in, I am to receive $4,000 back. Bought vehicle yesterday but was told check not ready because “owner not there to sign it.” I have to be near there today (a 50 minute drive) and when I called to say I’d pick up check today, I was told check “cannot be ready today.” This check should have been written and ready on day of vehicle delivery since delivery was scheduled 4 days in advance!!!
