Went on a Saturday to purchase a new 2022Rav4, put down 3,000 that day, we were told to expect it on Monday and it would be delivered by the car hauler. Left the lot with our same 2018 vehicle. We then got a call later that Monday with news that there was a mix up and the vehicle was already sold to another customer but was not double verified before it was sold to us on Saturday. It is now Tuesday, the GM said they might have another near by and will call us either today or tomorrow the latest with a vehicle. Our sales representative Sean was very nice, professional, a great selling experience on Saturday, and eager to give us the best deal! Unfortunately it was just miscommunication between the employees about the availability of the car that has delayed us from having our new vehicle. More
