I really enjoyed the customer service I received from my service representative Marty. I took his time to explain and to make that I understood what needed to be done and options I had in order to resolve service representative Marty. I took his time to explain and to make that I understood what needed to be done and options I had in order to resolve the issue that I had with my 2016 Toyota Tundra. He reminded me of my old favorite service representative Austin who is now a service manager at the Honda dealership. I believe that Marty is on the same track since he showed a lot of enthusiasm and eagerness to resolve my concerns. Good job on hiring personnel like Austin and now Marty. More

Dealership sells you all the warranties possible. Just so they can tell you nothing is covered by your warranties. You need to pay out of pocket.
