Exceptional Service I called ahead of time and spoke to the service advisor Temo and he was happy to take my call and put me in for an appointment to have my 2018 Mazda 3 I called ahead of time and spoke to the service advisor Temo and he was happy to take my call and put me in for an appointment to have my 2018 Mazda 3 serviced and have the filters replaced. He was friendly and helpful in explaining what my car needed, how long it would take and provided an accurate estimate for the work. Being local I rode my bike home and around an hour and a half later, I got a text message saying my car was finished and that a driver was being dispatched. I was picked up and dropped back off at the dealership where my car was waiting. It was clean, vacuumed and sounded great. Temo was happy to talk me through all of the work they performed and explain what my car will need during its next service. This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at a dealership and I look forward to coming back many times over for all of my vehicles’ needs. More

Once there you are given a number of excuses why it can't be honored. These people will waste your time and possibly leave you with a hernia. You are better off going with a service like Costco Auto or your Credit Union. Where do they find these people??? If you are the type that enjoys confrontations, shouting matches, and a need to display your alpha manliness, by all means head over to this place and give them xxxx. I'll even give you a donation if you make them suffer like they have many of us. :) More

Unprofessional Dealership! I went in on new years eve to buy a brand new Mazda 6. I was helped by Victor Martinez and his sales manager. I went in with an offer they had provide I went in on new years eve to buy a brand new Mazda 6. I was helped by Victor Martinez and his sales manager. I went in with an offer they had provided me the day before. when i got there, they began adding fees (other than tax and license) to the offer they had gave me. After we had finished negotiating (ALMOST 3 HOURS), they tell me they had sold the car that was on the offer they sent me. I think this is every unprofessional! They could have informed me the car was sold the minute I stepped on the lot. Also when i brought up the deals that Mazda was offering for new vehicles, they said they will not be able to honor them since the car was already "A Good Price." I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership!! More
