Great communication!! My wife and I found a 2017 Highlander Hybrid at Brown's, and it was priced very well. However, we live in Southeastern Ohio, over five hours from the dealership. No problem at all!! Jim and Ray were very accommodating and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire deal. They had essentially all the paperwork done before I arrived, and the vehicle was immaculate inside and out waiting for me when I pulled up. Ray and I took it around the block, and I was sitting in finance within 30 minutes of arriving. Sean was very thorough with his explanations of all the documents, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his office. I was in and out within two hours, and my wife and I absolutely LOVE the new ride. I felt like I knew these guys personally from the moment I met them, and will not hesitate to make another trip to Glen Burnie for my next Toyota!! Thanks again you guys, and keep up the great work!!
