I have bought 4 cars from this dealership in the past 8 years and 3 of them in the past 3 years. The sales experience was fantastic and Charles (our sales person) can't be beat. Overall great experience - Diane worked VERY hard to find the exact car that we wanted - and was more than patient with me until I figured out what that exact car was! I looked for a car for awhile at various dealers for different type cars in the camary size. I found that the Camary fit what I was looking for and the sales person Joyve Morrison was so helpful. My new vehicle had everything I had ordered (and nothing I had not) and was beautifully prepped and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and Jorge spent a good bit of time making sure that I understood and knew how to operate all the various controls, safety features, gadgets, and gizmos before I drove away (including helping me pair my iPhone with my new vehicle's Blu Logic handsfree Bluetooth equipment. Their customer service is horrible. I went there and bought a part for my car. I gave them all the correct information and they gave me the wrong part which ended up costing me more money in labor becau bought a part for my car. They blamed it on a catalog error and would not offer me any assistance even though their mistake cost me more money and time. I am very unhappy their customer service. When I called to complain they opened a case and then no one called me back. More
