Because it was such a long way to travel, she was able to negotiate a high trade in value for my car. I gave them a deposit and traveled to Maryland on Saturday to pick up my new car, sight unseen!. The dealership looked at my trade, I test rode the car and the the transaction was completed exactly as Sherri promised when I initially called. I was amazed. There was no dickering with trade numbers, no hidden surprises, and no pressure from the finance department. I've never had such a nice experience.
