Ryan was very helpful to my husband and I when we walked into the showroom. He told us he was a new salesman. He answered all our questions, let us test drive 3 cars and went the extra mile to make us satis into the showroom. He told us he was a new salesman. He was apologetic and knowing that he would be tied up for a considerable time, he introduced me to Mathews Thomas. Mathews was also quite professional and knowledgeable. He assisted me by answering questions and taking the truck for a test drive. The transition back and forth between Jorge and Mathews was seamless; it was clear that they work well as a team - an indication to me of a well run place. More
My sales woman went above and beyond to help my husband and me. We were on a strict budget, and the entire team helped to accomodate our wants and needs. I had a 2005 Toyota Camry, which was been VERY good to me over the last nearly 8 years (purchased new in Sep 2004). I have been wanting to buy a new, more sporty car (had my eyes on the gas-guzzling Challen over the last nearly 8 years (purchased new in Sep 2004). I have been wanting to buy a new, more sporty car (had my eyes on the gas-guzzling Challenger, but THAT is just not a practical purchase with a household of 3 school-aged children all in different sports/dance), but images of the Camry on line just did not appeal to me. At any rate, I had received an invitation only flyer for previous car owners for an excellent, hard to pass up deal and thought I'd check out the new Camry. I found a Camry that I liked (heated seats were a must, as I was spoiled by my 2005 Camry) and I took it for a test drive. The interior was amazing and the pick up for a 4 cyl car was impressive. I left the dealership to drive down the street to test drive the Hyundai Sonata, as I liked the more sporty exterior look. The sales person said I'd be back and he was right. I didn't even have to drive the Sonata because I was not impressed with the interior at all. At any rate, I went back to Brown's Toyota and got an unbelievable deal on the trade in for my 2005 Toyota and an even better deal on the new 2012 Camry. In less than 2 hours, my sales person was putting my brand license plates on my car and I was soon driving it off the lot. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful (which is not usually typically for salesman/dealerships.) More
I was looking for a nice Rav 4. I researched the Internet and Brown's had some good prices. I came up to browse and look around. I dealt with a trainee named Don and was turned over to Sean. He worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and a decent amount for the trade in which was a great Audi quattro convertible. I wound up with a beautiful Barcelona Red Metallic Rav 4 Sport at a pretty good price and am pleased with the transaction. I got excellent service and the car is a gem. More

Ryan went through 3 cars, two test drives, 2 changes of mind and hours of me and my nephew. My ADHD 13 year old nephew also tried out the feel of several new cars. We both had also been up for 6 hours wit mind and hours of me and my nephew. My ADHD 13 year old nephew also tried out the feel of several new cars. We both had also been up for 6 hours without eating when we arrived there. Not only did he work to get me a deal that even I thought was better than I would get, he seemed to genuinely care. When I got in MY new camry for the first time, I spilled my coffee all over. I was getting shaky (hungry). He looked at me and said "it's o.k. Stay calm. I will clean this up.) I got a paper towel while he ran to the back of the building. He came back with more towels and some spray bottle that left no evidence of my spill anywhere by the time he was done. He made sure I left happy. I like that. More
