I am not sure why this dealership gets such good review scores. I wonder who write all the positive reviews. Even with a direct email quote from their internet sales manager, the manager told me that it wa scores. I wonder who write all the positive reviews. Even with a direct email quote from their internet sales manager, the manager told me that it was just his mistake. Moreover, I had to wait two hours just to meet him. Then he offered me a price that is more than $1000 higher than the price other local dealer in the area. And he said that the price was just $100 over their dealer costs and all dealers in the area should have the same deal so it couldn't be lower. What was funny was that it took me just a few minutes over a phone to get a quote from other dealer that was $1000 lower than what he had offered to me. When I emailed him, he said "Congratulation". At the dealership, the manager said the price he gave me was special price for Prius C (not regular Prius I asked about) and it was his mistake, but in fact even his Prius C price was almost $2000 higher than the price of other dealers. He even said the price wouldn't last long, which was very ridiculous. Very frustrating experience at the dealer. It is not just about the price, it is about the way they treat a customer. I have a feeling that they do their business based on an assumption that customers in the area are not smart enough. I may be wrong, but otherwise I can't explain why they treated me like that. I have more to say, but I will just quit here. It is just waste of my time. More
I first went into the Toyota dealship to get my floor mats replaced but ended up looking around for a while. I then had a 2007 Toyota Tacoma and the gas mileage wasnt the greatest. I entered the main dealer office and immediately felt welcome. Now most people dont have the best view of me when they first see me, since I have plenty of visible tattoos and peircings, but Bill Dolch, as well as the rest of the staff, was very friendly and welcoming. It was only my second time buying a car and he was patient, as well as informative of all the cars they had available to purchase. I loved that they had refreshments, tv's and even a driving simulator to play while I waited for my paperwork. The experience was enjoyable and hassel-free. I ended up buying a 2012 Scion Tc which is perfect for my communte and also fits my style. Best car dealer around! More

This dealership was wonderful and for the most part, we did not have any issues. I gave the overall experience a 4 because we were under the impression the paper work was going to be handled by the dealer did not have any issues. I gave the overall experience a 4 because we were under the impression the paper work was going to be handled by the dealership, but it turned out we had to get in touch with the credit union for financing and it would have taken longer than the proposed 7 days. Everything worked out but we did end up refinancing at a higher interest rate because we chose an easier route through USAA. This was very minor and definitely not a show stopper. Would we buy from this dealership in the future? Absolutely and Bill Dolch was a wonderful person to work with in the purchase of the vehicle. We love the vehicle and the dealership. More

Mark the finance manager worked with me and was happy to explain everything I asked and he would give me the estimated monthly cost difference based on the options I choose so that there were no surprises or hidden costs. I think sales people should be given more authority to make deals as it is so degrading to them and a waste of the consumers time to have to constantly wait while they go get management approval on the trade-in value or sales price. It should not take over 2 hours to negotiate a sale and then another 2 hours to do all the paper work. I rated PRICE at a 4 as I still feel we were not given the best price for our trade in. I know you need to make money on resale but it is insulting on what is offered on trade-in. Especially for a repeat customer who also promises to trade in their vehicle every 50,000 miles with you.
