We purchased the Avalon at Brown's and have had most of the service done at Brown's. It's been 7 years, and the car has over 100,000 miles on it. We trust Jackie. In a "spur of the moment" decision, we decided to shop around for a new vehicle. We were very sure about what we were looking for in regards to style, features, and price. After visiting a few car to shop around for a new vehicle. We were very sure about what we were looking for in regards to style, features, and price. After visiting a few car dealerships and seeing at least two vehicles that we liked, we decided to visit Brown's Toyota as a final stop. As we began looking around, we were approached by Kenny Shupe. We quickly became interested in the Toyota Rav 4 and decided to speak to Kenny about the vehicle. We could immediately detect Kenny’s professionalism and the pride he had for his job. During our visit, we expressed an interest in the third row seating in the Rav 4. Kenny mentioned that although the third row seating was a great option, it may not be the right option for everyone. Truly putting our needs first, Kenny offered to show us a Rav 4 with third row seating to make sure that this option was what we were expecting. We were quite pleased that he would go to such lengths to take care of a customer. Throughout our visit, Kenny patiently answered our questions and stopped at nothing to make our visit to Toyota worthwhile. He never once displayed frustration or complained when we asked detailed questions that required him to frequently conduct research or physically show us the product. His level of customer service was very high and remained consistent even after we mentioned that we would continue to shop around. With Kenny, we never felt uncomfortable or pressured to purchase a vehicle we did not want. He never imposed his personal opinions and in every situation, he put our needs first. Kenny is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Brown’s Toyota. He shows more than great customer service…he exemplifies CUSTOMER CARE! Kenny made it very easy for us to choose Brown’s Toyota over the other dealerships we were considering. Owning a Toyota certainly got our attention but our experience with Kenny Shupe definitely landed the purchase! More

I started noticing that there was a rust problem was occurring on the drivers side near the rear door at the top. Talked to Vice President of Operations Jim Brown and he stated that he would call Toyota and get them to send out FTS Rep. whose name was Bert to check the damage. Bert checked the truck and said that the CarFax report showed that the truck had been in an accident, it was involed in a minor accident in 2009 only to the front bumper. He stated that the repair on the back was caused by by bad repair work and that he was refusing to accept responsibility to fix it. Remember the rust was on the rear of the cab and nothing had ever been done to the body of the truck. The carfax report showed that I was the second owner and he claimed it had been damaged by the first owner. I have had the truck since it came out of the dealership. My son in law leased it for me in 2007. He ran a business and used it as a tax write off. When the lease ran out I bought the truck in 2012. The truck is in beautiful shape except for the 1 rust area and only have 23,000 miles on it. After many calls to Toyota and e-mails by Jim Brown and my instance Toyota decided to cover $500.00 to fix. On second examination they found a problem from the interior of the metal. When the body shop opened up the area they found a small hole in the seam at the rear of the top edge so now they are in the proccess of cutting out and replacing the bad parts. Toyota agreed to pay for the total repair. More
I have been a customer for about 8/9 months, the staff there is very polite great attitude when speaking with you about your car, the waiting area and restrooms are very clean as well. Stated work was not done. Nor was the time commitment kept. I do not know if I can trust what was done. I would avoid going back and certainly would not buy car from them, even though this second Toyota kept. I do not know if I can trust what was done. Always an easy experience to bring my car in for service. Never any high pressure attempt to sell you additional services. All repairs explained and estimate of cost given.
