I went over my time frame for a free service interval, however they were able to give me the free serivce anyway. I was over by a month and a half. I was surprized that when I ask if I could still get thi however they were able to give me the free serivce anyway. I was over by a month and a half. I was surprized that when I ask if I could still get this serivce for free, with out hesitation, they were willing to work for me. This was my 5th visit to this dealer and every visit has been quick and with no surprizes. Over all this is the ist dealer ship that I dont mind taking my car in for service. More
I have been bring my Tundra back for service since i purchased it in December 2010 and have always been extreemly satisfied. 4 wheel drive on 4runner would not engage second problem 4 wheel drive on 4runner would not engage second problem with 4 wheel drive since purchasing this "certified" vehicle. replaced the actuator assembl 4 wheel drive on 4runner would not engage second problem with 4 wheel drive since purchasing this "certified" vehicle. replaced the actuator assembly to resolve the problem recommended changing engine air filter. Air filter housing left loose (unclamped) when I replaced it today. Requested itemized list and price for 60000 mile service be included with paperwork when I picked up the vehicle. It was not included. Actuator assembly issue was diagnosed by midday on Thursday. Warehouse had the part and was approx. 2 miles from the service center. I was told the mechanic was available to repair that afternoon but it was "procedure" to have parts delivered in the morning. The dealer shuttle could have easily picked up the part and have the vehicle finished on Thursday. Instead I had to have my wife pick me up at work on Thursday and then take me to work the next day, Friday. Certainly NOT in the best interest of the customer. More
Everything at Browns was great (5), save price was good (4). Browns is the dealer where I bought my 2009 Camry Hybird. As such I have and plan to continue to bring the car back for all service. While I have some fear the other service providers are not familiar with hybirds and do not want them doing something they do not understand. My price comment is mostly do to the higher than expected cost to replace that hard to get to 'cabin filter'. Wish Toyota would make it a bit easier, so not Browns issue. the others grat service was getting the warrany and recal work done without question. More
