I have been coming to Brown's for several years for maintenance on my car and my wife's minivan. Jason is a very friendly staff member. This time the van was towed in and needed a new starter. Jason took care of contacting Toyota to verify that the service work was covered under my warranty and arranged for a loaner car since the vehicle had to stay overnight. I did have to call Brown's to check on the status of my car instead of being contacted by them, but otherwise the the service was great. I will continue to use Brown's for maintenance and warranty work in the future. More
