My brother and I decided to go across the street to Brown's Toyota just to look and Ryan greeted us at the door. He couldn't have been more helpful! There was only one XLE on the lot and it hadn't even been inspected yet that's how new off the truck it was. It was late on a Friday evening so I arranged with Ryan to come back in first thing the next morning. The minute I sat in the driver seat I knew it was the perfect car for me; everything I was looking for and so much more, then I saw the price tag! YIKES! It was way over my budget but Ryan was certain that he could make it happen and that he did! I told him what I was looking for, what I needed and where I wanted to be financially and with the trade-in of my vehicle, Ryan and Mark made it happen. When it came time to look at a vehicle she went and pulled it from the back into the service area so we didn't have to look at it in the punishing summer heat outside. She never pressured us and was helpful in making sure our children were comfortable throughout the process. Once we made our purchase she stayed to ensure the vehicle was properly prepared for pick-up and to answer any final questions. He walked back into the dealership; got the keys, pulled the other cars out of the way and got "my" truck out and under the lights so I could get a good look at it. Sure enough, he found my truck. He went above and beyond to assist me in making sure the truck had every feature I was looking for and still staying within my price range. Ryan was friendly, inviting, personable and professional. Great experience I gave my old car to my stepson, so I needed a new vehicle. I didn't have a lot of time to shop around so I did most of my research online. Once I knew I wanted a RAV4, I called Brown's and asked if they still had one I wanted in stock. Ryan answered my call and checked to see if it was in stock. It was, so he asked what time I would like to go check it out. I don't get home until after 6pm, and Ryan was supposed to be off around 4. Well he stayed late and met me at the door. He showed me the RAV4 that I wanted, plus a few that had different options. I really appreciate that he was not pushy about anything and gave me time to discuss the details with my husband. I had already decided that I wanted a RAV4, so the 0% interest really helped to make it happen. Overall I had a great experience buying my new car. I got free oil changes for 5 years, so they will be seeing me every few thousand miles. More
