They delivered my new car with an empty tank of gas. They messed up the financing, but that was fixed easily. Also they delivered my car with an Empty Tank of Gas! They responded and filled up my tank twice to show they cared. Experience was ok. Just fine and no pressure. I got a new Sienna XLE 2015 during the Labor day weekend special and the purchase process was a little bit faster than I would have liked because I didn't get time to take in everything they were explaining but then again we did stay to closing. I guess the experience was ruined by my having to drive off afraid of running out of gas with less than 20 miles listed on the computer before empty. If you buy here. Make sure you get a full tank of gas. Also make sure you do your homework and are prepared with what you want so you can recognize if they are giving you a fair offer. In my case they gave a good offer and it was what I researched to be true and fair so I said yes. Fine dealership. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable and no pressure.
