This time it was a little more difficult to find the vehicle we had in mind and to find the right dealer. After visiting other dealers, we finally found what we were looking for at Brown's. Diane Soloman was excellent to deal with. She returned my calls promptly and had the Highlander ready for us when we arrived. She was professional throughout the entire process. She offered to show us all of the great options and was willing to help us set everything up. We had already been to a few other dealers, looking for the right Highlander. I would see what I wanted on-line, but when we got there it was gone or sold or "they couldn't find the keys". I spoke with Jason Lormore before we got to the dealership and I told him that didn't want to play any games and he followed through on his promise. I never once felt pressured or felt they were pushing us into something we didn't want or need. Another great thing was how fast they were able to get everything done. I think that this was probably one of the fastest purchases. They kept us in the loop as what they needed from us and moved things along nicely. We weren't there long, but long enough to take advantage of the nice waiting room. The free wifi was great and I think my daughter probably ate one too many doughnuts. They had computers available and a waiting room for little kids. I was perfect. More

When I arrived at the dealership I already new the price I would be paying. The time spent from when I arrived to when I left in my new car was 1:40 - a record! Ryan was straightforward and ready to deal, and he was always friendly and respectful throughout the negotiating process even though my initial offer on the car was well below the sticker price. The car was prepped perfectly and the tank was full. They let me eat my Chinese mixed vegetables (spicy) while the paperwork was being done by a lovely competitive-paddle-boarder. Good Job, People!
