At first I was skeptical of this dealership because of how they were emailing me and calling me. Every day for about 2 weeks I got at least 2 voicemails and 2 emails from Diane requesting that I come in to test drive the new Highlander, with that said I would always ask if there were some numbers she could put together for me on a certain vehicle before I got to the dealership and either I was blown off or I got the feeling like they were trying to pressure me into the dealership before they could provide this information for me. They were also very pushy about wanting me to fill out a credit application ASAP but I wasn't about to approve them to run my credit without knowing for sure if I was going to do business with them. Anyways, every other dealership that reached out to me throughout my car buying process was more than happy to provide me with some numbers on where my money was being spent and how my monthly payment would look as well. Browns Toyota claimed that it was impossible to send me accurate numbers before I got there, however the dealership I bought from literally had everything on my purchase contract exactly the way we discussed through email and all the figures that we went over were perfect. The reason I am so unhappy with this dealership was how they "parted ways" with me, basically insulting my intelligence and how I understand MY OWN finances. The fact that I was a potential customer that felt uncomfortable with their communication skills meant nothing to them. Rather than try to work through the problem with me and trying to resolve it, they just resorted to insulting me. I honestly preferred to stick with Toyota, but not after this, I'll enjoy my Kia Sorento. More

New 2015 Toyota Sienna Ryan Mikelonis was our salesman. He was very courteous and made our buying experience a pleasure. We were undecided between the Toyota Sienna and th Ryan Mikelonis was our salesman. He was very courteous and made our buying experience a pleasure. We were undecided between the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey. Ryan arranged for us to test drive the Odyssey, so we could compare it to the Sienna without having to go to the other dealership. Thanks to Ryan's thoughtful actions we were able to compare the cars side by side and pick the one we liked best, which turned out to be the Sienna. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a no hassle and pleasurable car buying experience. The Best of the Best I have been a Honda and Acura loyal customer for over 20 years. It was time to buy a new car and I went to Browns Toyota advised by my Father and Mechanic to buy a Camry. I purchased a 2016 Camry XSE V6 and traded in my 2003 Acura TL. This is a major shift for me and I was afraid and nervous of buying in general and then buying new and I walked into the most informative, understanding and customer service minded dealership. I explained what I wanted and did not want and Mike Ahlas my salesperson knew I was either an LE or SE. I drove both and he cited the aspects of both. He LISTENED and advised based on his vast knowledge but above all he LISTENED! The Sales Manager Dustin Smith listened as well to my concerns and needs in a new car and the payment I would endure. The finance specialist Sean Owens made sure I understood what additional coverage was available and made it fit my budget. I was able to meet the Manager Lamont Matthews through the process as well. This dealership has the most congenial, knowledgeable and CARING staff I have ever seen and this is my 7th car purchase but only second new. I needed help and guidance and they delivered. I needed quick responses and they delivered. Browns Toyota stepped up and strove for my business and that was more than I could have ever hoped for in this process.
