Great purchase experience turned to a big headache. I traded my old but very low mileage BMW with 2018 Audi A3 with only 27K miles in Brown’s Toyota of Glen Bernie, It was an easy and nice purchase I traded my old but very low mileage BMW with 2018 Audi A3 with only 27K miles in Brown’s Toyota of Glen Bernie, It was an easy and nice purchase experience, but then I got engine malfunction with strong engine vibration on my way back home and just after I bought the car. Due to my conversation with the sales person and his recommendation, since the car has warranty I took it to the Audi dealer, the car was sitting for about 10 days in dealer until they fix the engine. Per Audi dealer statement there was an issue in cylinder 1, which is not what you expecting when buying a new car from a big certified dealer. Also due to mechanical failure the car does not run and feel like new car at all, I have talked to used car manager at Toyota dealer and he said they will take care of the problem, but it’s been more than a week and they keep ignoring my calls and voicemails. I’m so regret of a trust I put on them from beginning. My point is you should not trust their statements until you check the used car with your mechanic. More

I was waiting for a particular car and the communication from the dealership was amazing. Every time I checked in they gave me a status update.
