Having someone have a real conversation and have the patience to show me what i wanted to see in a vehicle and not what he thought would sell a car put me at great ease. He put me im my 2016 scion im with confidence in the reliability and theyre financing staff got me a ridiculously fair rate on everything. The service staff at brown's is personable and very flexible to accommodate including a shuttle service wich i highly recommend if you want to be escorted by George one of the most entertaining people you'll have a conversation with in Baltimore . They dont sell sell you a car at brown's imo they develop a relationship that far extends the purchase of a single vehicle. Living in the eastern shore i would not hesitate to come back to Baltimore for Charles and the rest of brown's staff to help me into a new vehicle in the future More

Great Customer Service This is just a note of appreciation for the great customer service that we received from Steve Chase. We had dropped off our Tundra in service only to This is just a note of appreciation for the great customer service that we received from Steve Chase. We had dropped off our Tundra in service only to find a dead battery situation with my 4Runner at the grocery store an hour later. Steve cheerfully pulled our truck out of service so that we could come by to pick it up. However, AAA was able to install a new battery so I called Steve back 5 minutes before closing. He gladly offered to put the Tundra back into the service lot and re-send an email saying that the truck was back in service. Not only did he not have to do this, but he did it very graciously, without complaint. So, I thought I should write a note to say how much he was appreciated in our time of distress! Thanks again Steve for being there for us! More
