Horrible service Jason and the service manager Jay were handling my issue. They could not have been less helpful. I was treated like a nuisance and they couldn't have Jason and the service manager Jay were handling my issue. They could not have been less helpful. I was treated like a nuisance and they couldn't have been less interested in helping me. I had my vehicle in their service center 3 times for the same issue. This morning I drove to a Russel Toyota location to have them look at the issue. They fixed the problem in 20 minutes. If the staff at Browns would have taken my complaint seriously and actually cared about my issue, it would have save a lot of time and frustration. I would not recommend this location to anyone, the staff is terrible. More
