I found Brown's Toyota used car sales to be outstanding. Our salesman John was very helpful, straight forward and no nonsense. The sales manager, Dave is also excellent. I bought a 2013 Honda and both gentlemen answered all my questions. Since this is the first used car I have ever bought, I was a little leary and cautious. They allowed me to take it to an outside mechanic before I bought and they promptly fixed a few minor items identified in the inspection. They even agreed to fix some scratches on the car for me. I have always found the prices at Brown's Toyota to be better than other dealerships in the area and their costumer service is always top notch. More

I was told that Alan Adams was the best salesman to contact and I was not disappointed. Alan was very patient and maintained excellent communication with me at all times. Every time I had a question he responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I was looking for. My vehicle was not in stock at this location but Alan and the rest of the staff put in a lot of additional time searched and contacting other locations to ensure I had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I traded in a vehicle that I swore I would never get rid of but this location made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. The staff was courteous and professional and the location was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this location and especially Alan Adams to anyone looking for a new vehicle. New Used Car I have not purchased a car in 17 years. Needless to say, I was quite anxious.
