After a bad experience with another Toyota dealer who kept recommending expensive and unnecessary repairs, we went to Brown's. Brittany explained the inspection process and what the state required and then expedited it as much as possible. She was very nice to deal with and since we had been on the road all morning, she offered to have their courtesy car drive us to a nearby restaurant. We were quite comfortable in their waiting area and before we knew it the car was ready. We've had great experiences with our Toyota dealer here in Pennsylvania for the last decade, and are happy to have found Brown's for our daughter in Glen Burnie. Thank you, Brittany! More
