My wife and I had a lot of competing factors to consider, and she was traveling for most of the time we shopped, but Ryan's command of Toyota's lineup information and genuine investment in our concerns helped us narrow down the models and trims to consider very quickly. Ryan was plain and honest with me the whole way, which I value and which potentially saved a mountain of time and frustration. This is not the experience I had buying our two previous new cars - it was a whole different level of better. Also, I am military and had some non-standard paperwork that could have been a real headache, but Ryan and the Brown's team with Sean, Lamont, and Deborah backing him took it all in stride, went above and beyond, and made even that comfortable and squared away for me.
