When I arrived to the office, I was pretty shaken from an incident on my way to the dealership. Ryan welcomed and provided me with such a professional and low pressure environment that helped a lot to make me feel at ease. I liked his calm and professional manner. He immediately processed my purchase order and delivered my car very fast. The whole process from the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I left driving a brand new car was less than 3 hours. It was Christmas Eve and several people including Ryan and Mr. Nicholson stayed beyond closing time to deliver and finalize the transaction.
