Recall on passenger airbag Took my truck back for a recall notice. After the work was completed, it made a horrible noise. Screw was loose on what they supposely fixed. While I was there for the second time, figured I would order tires. They have a price guarantee. They were a little higher than Costco but with the $70 rebate offer (which the service tech gave me), the price was comparable. Service tech wanted to make appt for Monday. Said I would be there Tuesday. Show up for my appt but they only had three tires when I ordered four, third trip there. Was told they could put the three tires on and I could come back for the forth tire. REALLY. When I said I would come back, I was told to call the next day to see if it came in, REALLY, I need to call back, shouldn't he call me when it came in since I had an appt and didn't get a call informing me the tire wasn't there. Came back for the fourth time. Got the tires installed. Didn't inspect the tires, didnt think I had to. One wheel has white gummie stuff on it and another wheel is missing the Toyota logo. I then got an email from Michelin that I wasn't ellible for the $70 rebate the service tech gave me because I got a buy three get one for a $1. Without rebate, tires were more expensive than Costco. Shuttle driver George and his fill in were awesome. More

By Tuesday afternoon, My wife, kids and I were in the dealership ready to "look" at a few options. Aron was patient, professional and full of personality. We looked at several options to figure out what fit our lifestyle and budget. We ended up with a Limited Rav 4.
