Outstanding Sales Consultant Prior to going to the dealership we were looking for the sales rep that took care of us when we leased our 2014 RAV 4. When we found out that he was no longer there, my daughter looked up the "Best Sales Person at Brown's Toyota," and Ryan's name came up with over 337 positive reviews. We specifically asked for him when we entered the Showroom. We explained that my daughter needed a vehicle with third row seating because the RAV was unable to hold safety seats for her three children and that we were looking into the possibility of trading in the RAV which had a lease that would end in August. To make a long story short, it looked as though we would not be able to make a deal for the third row seat vehicle, but Ryan said that he would do his best to help us. He took our case to John Stefero who along with Ryan was able to get my daughter and her children in a totally safe 2017 Sienna van. It made the drive from Delaware to Maryland a very valuable trip. We are most thankful for the job that Ryan and Mr. Stefero did to get our business. We are very grateful for all of the work that Ryan did in going the "extra mile" for us. The day I was supposed to pick up my car, Nate had car issues at home so Ray Quinlan filled in for him. He made the process so streamlined and easy for me-no hassles or waste of time. I did have the opportunity to meet management there too-Bob Simms and another gentleman and both were very courteous and helpful. My experience there made me believe that it is a very well run dealership and they definitely put the customer first. I even received a thank-you letter from both of them-that's a first!!! Hav'n fun @ Browns Toyota! I contacted Browns Toyota and was greeted by Rudolpho Reyes in sales. He was very prompt in returning emails as well as phone calls. Very open and honest with me assuring me of no hidden fees or costs. I've had my share of car salesmen promising one thing & delivering another, (Brown's Mazda. Alexandria). Rudy was helpful when I asked them to hold the car for me for 3 days. He turned me over to a sales manager, Rob Simms. He also was helpful and patient with me. He asked for a deposit and promised to hold the car and that it was refundable. He then put it in writing and sent me a receipt as well. His promise was kept. When my wife and I came in 2 days later Rudy & Rob both greeted us and everything went smooth and fairly quick. Debby in financing was helpful and didn't rush us with all of the signatures needed. She was careful and deliberate explaining everything. I would certainly purchase a vehicle through them again. More
