He even went to pick it up for me the next morning so I wouldn't have to wait until the next week. Price and rates were very fair as well. I've already received emails and phone calls reminding to bring my truck in at 5000 miles for the included service. Very happy with my purchase and experience!!! More

I chatted online with Rolando Garza, who was very clear and gave me his word that no hidden fees would be added to the advertised price of the car I was interested in. Only taxes, title and tags. The previous dealership added more than $3000 to their advertised price, including charges for inspection and detailing. Brown's was a totally different experience. It was actually fun to interact with all of the great staff there. I didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of in the least. They made buying my car a joyful and exciting experience and I will not shop anywhere else again. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Absolutely wonderful! They even encouraged me to leave my rental and drive home in my new car. The rental will be picked up by the rental company. Every aspect of this experience was first class. More

I had previously taken my car to another Toyota dealer only to be told "we would have to schedule you in and it would take all day" Not here at Brown's they worked quickly to identify the problem and even ordered the part and I drove away with a new radio since the old one was bad.
