When I started m I must say that I am a bit partial to the fine team at Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie, MD.. Since 2004 I have been a Brown's customer. When I started my search for a new car, I looked around quite a bit and then decided I would try my old standby. I came by the week before to look around ,and all my questions were answered quickly and honestly by members of the knowledgeable staff. I didn't purchase that day, but through email and texts I set up a date the following week for a test drive . I was immediately greeted at the door and referred to Shan Chap, my gracious sales professional. Shan asked me my preferences for a car and set me up for a test drive for the 2017 Rav4 hybrid. Everything went very smoothly thanks to Shan and to Debbie in the finance office. I had decided to keep my old car and Shan even followed me home in the new car so I wouldn't have to call a cab ! I am very pleased with my purchase and with the whole Brown's family . Someone once said " You want to be the best at what you do because people are going to want the best." I feel that is exactly what I have found at Brown's of Glen Burnie ! More
Phenomenal. I have never encountered such a high caliber and professional group of people before in my life. Robert Simms (the Pre-Owned sales manager) and Clever I have never encountered such a high caliber and professional group of people before in my life. Robert Simms (the Pre-Owned sales manager) and Clever Bautista (Lot salesman) were absolutely phenomenal during the whole process, they even offered me $100 to go to dinner on them! If you go here, you can ask for them directly, but they're not the only ones who were awesome. Every single person I encountered from Clever all the way to the folks in the service department was not only professional, but sincere. Brown's Toyota has business figured out and if you want an out of this world car buying experience, I highly suggest you check them out! Thank you so much guys! More

After dealing with another dealer that played this game of let me talk to my boss about the price and trying to get you in to hear their sales pitch, then sit with someone else before they let you know if they can lower the price. Brown's was upfront gave me the price up front. total deal took less then an hour after test drive. I came back less then an hour before closing time. They knew my time was valuable and we completed the deal that night. Ray and his boss Robert stayed went through the paper work with rushing me and walking through Finance with Mark was a breeze. I arrived with my own financing but got better terms with Toyota. I have bought several cars new and used and this is definitely one of the best services I have received. More

WENT HOME WITH A "NEWER" CAR Although I still liked the 2007 RAV4 I was currently driving, an ad featuring a 2015 RAV4 caught my eye; a friend and I decided to check it out. We a Although I still liked the 2007 RAV4 I was currently driving, an ad featuring a 2015 RAV4 caught my eye; a friend and I decided to check it out. We arrived at Brown's "Used" Toyota Dealership at 9:30am and as we approached the showroom, I spotted the car I was interested in on the parking lot. Mr. Dennis White happened to be walking out at the same time and offered assistance. He was non-stop helpful (and entertaining) for the rest of the day. And, it did take the rest of the day before I drove my slightly used but "new" car home at 5:00pm. And, since I hadn't planned to buy - just look-, I didn't have the title with me; also, I had and appointment I needed to keep (as did my friend). So, since we weren't quite finished our transference of ownership, and my car was no longer available, Dennis offered a "loaner" which I gratefully accepted, and returned 2 hrs. later. We concluded our initial business, walked over to the Service Area where my "new" car will be serviced, then returned to meet Mr. Sean Owens for the financial portion. Although I'm not unfamiliar with the buying aspects, It's the warranties I have trouble with. Sean very patiently explained the coverage and was able to clarify the differences to where I was able to make a satisfied decision. Due to the Sales Professionalism of Mr. Dennis White, the Financial Management of Mr. Sean Owens, along with Mr. Robert Simms (Sales Manager, I am a very HAPPY customer and I gladly recommend Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie. More

Our sales person Rolando Garza was easy to deal with. He did not push us into buying and went above and beyond to get the price I wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process for only being at the dealership for a short amount of time. He stayed late to help me transfer everything from my old truck to my new one. Very smooth process would recommend them to anyone if they are looking for a new Toyota. If you use Browns ask for Rolando Garza, you won't be disappointed. More
