I was having an issue with getting financed due to student debt and the year vs mileage of 2 of the vehicles. These guys were able to get me an excellent deal on a terrific, low, mileage Toyota. These two guys are exceptional people who worked within my budget! I never once felt like I was being SOLD a vehicle. At no point were they pushy or overbearing. They did a very good job at meeting mine and my son's needs. I was treated very well and I would highly recommend the Brown's dealership over the other Toyota dealerships for sales and service. As we walked through, every employee would greet us with a hello and a smile. They even congratulated us after making our purchase. The staff was very organized and professional. The Sales Manager, Robert Simms worked with us to assure we were able to meet the payment that was affordable for us without making us feel uncomfortable. Alan Adams has always been my salesman and makes purchasing a vehicle less stressful. He gives a 100 percent of his time. He was on leave one day and car to talk car business. He seems to live and talk the car business. When I met Alan his hair was not gray and my son was 6 mos. Old. He is now 25 and has since graduate from Penn State. My how the times fly. Please keep me posted when Alan retires even though I don't think that will be happening anytime soon. More
