Great experience. Dennis was knowlegable of the vehicle. It was a great experience. Dennis was knowledgeable of the vehicle even though it wasn't a Toyota. He called Brown's Honda and made an appointment the next day. He also was able to get the key company to come to the dealership not on their typical day to get an extra set of keys for my Odyssey. Dave the manager helped me with trying to sell my old vehicle and even made arrangements to get it detailed for me. More

Replace review in December with my new review We purchased a 2018 Highlander in December 2017. The night we test drove the vehicle I said to the salesman I smell something burning he told me it w We purchased a 2018 Highlander in December 2017. The night we test drove the vehicle I said to the salesman I smell something burning he told me it was the brakes etc. because it's new. A week later my husband took the check to the dealer and mentioned the burning smell again in front of the salesman and finance manager. They both said it was the new car smell burning off. One night while driving smoke was coming out from under the hood. We took it to the dealer and was told the valve cover came defective so they replaced it. A few weeks later the same thing happened again. So once again we took it back to the dealer. This time oil was leaking in the cam box. They gave us the 800 number to contact Toyota to start a case. We met with the General Manager at Brown's and he was not happy that the salesman and finance manager told us it was the new car smell burning off since we had over a 100 miles on the vehicle. When we contacted Toyota they mentioned giving us the Platinum extended warranty which we would be fine with. They called us the next day after picking up the car to see if we were satisfied and we said so far but we haven't driven it long enough. Then the next day Toyota calls and tells my husband the Regional Manager Stephanie Banks will not approve the extended warranty. As of today we are still waiting for a phone call to try and resolve this issue. Bottom line this is our first new car in 12 years and our first Toyota not sure I will buy another Toyota or from this dealer. More

Wesley was helpful, knowledgable and personable and did a great job making both my daughter and I feel comfortable. He kept us informed on everything that was happening. Robert was very helpful with the inspection and buying process and kept us informed on just what was occurring during the state inspection process.
