It's a shame that there are too few Mercedes Dealers in this area. We are forced to take our car there. Too many times, the whole service experience was bad from the very beginning. Issues repeated themselves. So, should they really be called a "service" department, when there's such a lack of it?? Wise words: DON'T GO THERE, if at all possible!! More
