I found this person to but VERY untrustful. A person with business practices like his should be prosecuted by the Law, but misleading and lying Is not punishable that way, so I suggest until Brown`s gets a Manager worthy of our business they should be boycotted, please let any and all you know if Mr Smelser is still there, go to Annapolis, Bowie,Laurel or any other Honda Dealer it will be in your very best interest. I scheduled an appointment and was contacted after the service department found several serious problems that certainly would have impacted my return trip. The service advisor - Jennifer Yadvish contacted me and described in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the problems - the list was lengthy. I gave the go ahead to repair the problems and asked if they could be completed by the end of the work day due to some previously scheduled commitments for the following day, she said she would try her best - you can ask for nothing more than that. I didn't think the job would be completed in one day but was pleasantly surprised when I called to request a status update. Jennifer and the service technician Aaron really came through. My experience and interaction with Brown's Honda Service department was great- especially with Jennifer Yadvish , a complete professional service provider. See her for your next service or problem if you want a rewarding experience. More

I was impressed with the presentation given by the shop technician JT. I then returned for service during the week to get my wiper blades replaced and ended up getting my filters replaced. It was too cool because they showed us this during the presentation and then showed me mine the day I was in for service. They gave out a goodie bag that also had helpful information in it. When I need a replacement battery I now know that I will be going to Honda to purchase it. I LOVE MY HONDA CRV! I just recently sold my 1991 Honda Prelude so my daughter would have a place to park in our driveway. It was an awesome car as well. More
After seeing these reviews I cant believe my eyes. I surprisingly had an amazing visit to Browns Honda when I took my 08 Accord in for an oil change and brakes. They keep in close contact while my car is being serviced, they are thorough in their explanations and they work hard to get me the best deal possible. Once there, we met Cedric McCoy and we were very glad we did. Cedric worked with us to find the exact CRV EXL we were looking for, one without a lot of frills and for a good price. Sedric found us the car within 24 hours, and priced it at almost $1,000.00 under the cheapest competitor's offer. Cedric treats customers with professionalism.
