They were absolutely awesome. They gave us a great deal and they stuck by their word. They were prepared when we walked in the door and they got us the car we wanted for the price we wanted. The salespeople were very knowledgable and helpful, even with information that was outside of their personal dealership. More
I have never felt more comfortable dealing with Leo and the Browns Honda crew. They went over and above all my expectations of what a car dealership should be. In August, I received, as a gift, a 2010 Honda CRV from this Brown's Honda City. The salesperson, who my boyfriend had spoken to numerous times prior to actually GOING to the dealership was Tony Rose. They this Brown's Honda City. The salesperson, who my boyfriend had spoken to numerous times prior to actually GOING to the dealership was Tony Rose. They had basically figured out a deal over the phone, which Tony honored 100% when we did finally step foot inside the dealership. He was courteous, reliable, fair, REAL, and exhibited an impressively high knowledge of the vehicles. He treated me as though I was his daughter, offering helpful advice, discussing safety features, and speaking to me with respect...Tony went and physically sat inside my new car with me and went through every possible mechanism. He also took ample time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Following the sale, he kept in close contact and took the initiative to help me when it was time for me to bring the car back to the dealership to install the special features that had been ordered. I must say, he REMEMBERS his customers, which is highly commendable. This was the first experience I have ever had in a Dealership where I did not feel like I was inside a shark tank, at the mercy of the hungry salesmen. Women; no need to bring a man along with you when you want to buy yourself a car, Tony won't try to get one over on you! Fathers; send your daughters here, Tony will help them find something they're looking for, and ease your worries by helping her find something safe and sturdy! Without a doubt, I would recommend visiting Brown's Honda and asking for Tony Rose, you won't be disappointed! If you want to buy a Honda and get the FULL "Honda Experience" you'll need to visit this place, you won't only be thrilled with the performance of your vehicle, the process of buying it will be thrilling too! Who knew you could sign all that paperwork with a SMILE on your face! Thank you so much for your impeccable service, Tony! More
From the moment I entered I felt special and was warmly welcomed. I knew what I wanted and Leo was most accommodating. They obtained my car from another dealership as we spoke and gave me the price I had welcomed. I knew what I wanted and Leo was most accommodating. They obtained my car from another dealership as we spoke and gave me the price I had determined from research with no hassle. All my needs and requests were met. The car was beautiful on delivery and Leo showed me precisely how everything operated. Leo and the managers, Mike and Rob assured me they were always available should I need them. I drove away in a gorgeous car that drives like a dream. This is my third Brown's Honda. I know how happy I will be with it. More
I want to start by saying the used dealership side was great. Clarence Bias did everything in his power to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the good comments end there. The General Manage great. Clarence Bias did everything in his power to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately the good comments end there. The General Manager STEVE CHASE, will not answer the phone, will not return calls and give you the run around for days. He is not sure what cars he even has for sale. One minute he has a vehicle that he will sell you and the next its been towed down south and HE DOSENT know why. Honestly it was a roller coaster even trying to work with the guy. He was extremely disrespectful and even hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend dealing with the dealer EVER. More
After I received several internet quotes to help my daughter purchase her first new car, I called this dealership to confirm that the price (it was the lowest received) was indeed for the correct trim daughter purchase her first new car, I called this dealership to confirm that the price (it was the lowest received) was indeed for the correct trim level/awd. The salesperson (Leo) checked the computer and assured me that it was correct and I elected to drive the extra distance to purchase the car. Approximately 45 minutes into the transaction I was told that they had made an "honest mistake" by the above manager, and that the quoted price was for a less expensive trim level. He then claimed that I had not had the previous conversations with either him or the staff. I'm not sure whether it was a "bait and switch" act of dishonesty or a matter of incompetence. However, the attitude and demeanor of Mr. Walter was striking to us. The actual salesman we had been working with was nice enough but stated that there "was nothing he could do". I'm glad we walked. We subsequently purchased a car from a dealer closer to us with a much more favorable experience, at a price lower than we would have had to pay at Browns without add ons, etc. The poor review rating is not a fluke. Stay away. More

After shopping around for the last few days I decided to visit a couple dealerships. Brown's Honda (Glen Burnie) was the first place on my list. I was sorely disappointed at the tact of the sales personnel visit a couple dealerships. Brown's Honda (Glen Burnie) was the first place on my list. I was sorely disappointed at the tact of the sales personnel there. When I asked about pricing, they immediately went on the attack of a competing dealership without me even saying or asking about them at all, saying things like this one particular dealer wouldn't "honor the pricing" and that they were "liars". I decided to visit the dealer in question regardless, located a bit farther from where we live (Laurel) because the quoted price they sent was around the same. After a very pleasant experience with a salesman there, we decided to give that dealership our business. Anyone that treats their competitors as such are probably just fearful of their own business practices. I do not recommend this dealership based on such a poor first impression their sales team provided. Their attack backfired. A Happy Honda Owner More
