I took my 09 accord in to get an oil change and inspection, and to my surprise I got just that. I was made aware of the current condition of my vehicle, from top to bottom! Never once was I pressured into buying anything unnecessary, I was given a qoute on repairs, advice on how to save the life of the parts on my car, and most important honest answers. Iv dealt with several other Honda dealerships on the area and browns Honda city in glen Burnie beat them out by far. I will be taking my care to them from now on! More

We have been taking our Honda(s)there for service for about the past 8 or so years. We really like the Honda Accord '02 and we especially like the courteous service we get when we bring the car in. Eric Siemer has been most helpful and inforative and we appreciate his help. We have found that the maintenance service has been great and pricing is reasonable. I own a 2010 Honda Fit, previously owned a 2002 Honda Civic and 1991 Honda Accord. I have taken all 3 cars to Brown's Honda for service over the past 10 years. I recently moved 40 minutes away from Brown Civic and 1991 Honda Accord. I have taken all 3 cars to Brown's Honda for service over the past 10 years. I recently moved 40 minutes away from Brown's however I still make the service trip every time. Everyone is always so very nice and it is great to be a name, not just a service number. I have recommended Browns to 2 other folks who now take their Honda's to Brown's and my family drives a 2002 and a 2010 Accord and they come to Brown's every time (even though a different Honda dealer is 10 minutes away). Any issues, they fix on the spot and they do a great job on getting you in and out. Also, cant beat the Honda shuttle! More

I wanted a 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring. Was given a very low price. Placed $500 on the car which was scheduled to arrive in 2 weeks. Car never came. I was told it "disappeared" off their inventory. They informed me that my orginal quote was void. I would have to renegociate a new deal at a higher price. Only then, would they get another car for me. I was a victim of LOW BALL QUOTE. This tactic gets you into the showroom to place an order and takes you off the market. Then I was a victim of a variation of the "BAIT AND SWITCH". The car you want is no longer available, but a more expensive one can be purchased. I have complained about this to numerous agencies including American Honda. I truly question all of those other positive comments I am reading. I purchased the car from another dealership. They were honest with quotes and promised to get my car.I received the car 10 days after I made a deposit and the pricing was fair. More
We were really wowed by the beyond excellent service we received at Browns Honda City. Never has purchasing a car been so easy and stress free. Every person we dealt with on the phone and in person was extremely accommodating. It was also the quickest car-buying transaction we've ever had as we were able to complete part of the loan application from home. We've only ever owned Hondas and we felt like, why did we ever go anywhere else? I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone and go further to say not to waste your time on any other dealership. We've bought Hondas from three other dealers in the area over the years and this is by far the best by a long shot with the lowest prices, quickest transaction and beyond excellent service. More
Do not buy from this dealership! Bought a $10,000 used car that within two days off the lot, had blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Had it in their shop three times and was told they found nothing wr car that within two days off the lot, had blue smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Had it in their shop three times and was told they found nothing wrong. Paid to take it to an independent Hyundai dealership. They found that I had to replace the valve stems, a $3,000 repair job. Only until I got my lawyer involved did anything get resolved. The Used car manager was rude and confrontational throughout the process. More
THIS WAS THE BEST NEW CAR BUYING EXPERENCE I HAVE HAD IN ALL THE YEARS BUYING CARS. WORKING WITH JOE ELSEY AND MIKE THE SALES MANAGER WAS GREAT. I REASEARCHED THE CAR I WANTED ON LINE AND THE PRICE I RECEIV ALL THE YEARS BUYING CARS. WORKING WITH JOE ELSEY AND MIKE THE SALES MANAGER WAS GREAT. I REASEARCHED THE CAR I WANTED ON LINE AND THE PRICE I RECEIVED FROM BROWN HONDA WAS THE BEST AND THEY BACKED UP THERE INTERNET PRICE WHEN WE VISITED THE SHOW ROOM. OTHER DEALERS SAID THEY WOULD NEVER SELL ME THE CAR FOR THE PRICE I WAS GIVEN. WELL THEY WERE WRONG AND I AM GLAD WE WENT TO BROWN HONDA. More
Just bought a new car from this dealer. Initial contacts were by phone and computer. They did not ignore me (unlike other dealers I experienced elsewhere) and did not keep me waiting when I arrived, and we were by phone and computer. Answered my questions and gave me a fair price on a new car. The test drive was enjoyable, especially because the salesman Fred was extremely fun while being informative and knowledgeable. Did the whole deal in pretty much one trip. It was a reasonably efficient experience. Smallish showroom with a lot packed in, good deals, and a nice restroom. Would recommend. More
