I went to Brown's Honda in order to buy a new Honda. Joseph (Joe) Elsey helped me and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. Moreover, he shared information that was personally helpful and that would fit my budget. He did not pressure me but he certainly sold the merchandise well. I appreciated his demeanor - his calmness kept me calm and prepared to make a smart purchase. Joe allowed me to go on a test drive in the vehicle and he shared helpful facts about the Honda Fit. His customer service skills are impeccable and I will absolutely recommend him and Brown's to my friends and family members - I already have! Thank you so much Joe and Brown's Honda! More

Brown's Honda City committed "fraudulent misrepresentation" (attorney's words). Steve Chase presented my daughter and me (also female) with a CR-V for sale as a brand new car when in fact i misrepresentation" (attorney's words). I only learned this 2 days after buying the "new" car when I began noticing signs of wear and tear. I ran a Google search on the VIN number and found the Carfax report showing the car had been titled and owned for a month by someone else. Also found a Used Car web site that showed the car listed on it. When I bought the car, I was told the 424 miles on it were miles from transferring it between dealerships a few times. After I mentioned legal action, Brown's took the car back and voided the contract. Have already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and plan to file another complaint to the Maryland Attorney General. More

If the service had not replaced the hybrid battery for no charge I would have been without a car. Brown's Honda service department make it easy to service my car with their flexible hours and shuttle service. I continue to bring my car to Brown's Honda although I live closer to a dealership in Laurel but I have not been happy with quality of service. More
We have had our Accords serviced at Browns for over 10 years, and we are pleased with their work. When we lost our car to a flood in 2005, we got an outstanding deal on a new Accord. Service department charged $615 in labor to replace a lock cylinder and two actuators. I recently bought a pilot but not from this dealership. My salesman, Karim, was wonderful. He was very nice, knowledgeable, great to deal with. I talked with two different sales managers in person and both were what the "typical" car salesman stereo-type and were not willing to work with me. They gave me a price slightly higher than the day before and told me that I could not get the deal I was being given by Honda of Bowie and certainly not the finance rate I was being quoted by Honda Finance. They were wrong and very unprofessional about. Also received a call from a third manager who definitely talked to me as a woman vs. a person looking to buy a new car. It wouldn't have mattered what kind of deal they would have offered me, I would not have bought a car from them because of the sales managers there (not because of the salesman). More
Kim was pleasant to work with, my Odyssey check engine light came on and I made an appointment expecting to be spending alot of mooney as it is out of warranty.
