Went to Browns yesterday only to find out that my power train warranty was voided because of a missed 5 year inspection. Meanwhile I was there a year ago to have work done and told the service manager that train warranty was voided because of a missed 5 year inspection. Meanwhile I was there a year ago to have work done and told the service manager that wrote up the paperwork to please do it while the vehicle is here and he assured me that it was done!! No they are stating it was never done and they are trying to blame this all on me. The bottom line is they don't want the warranty work because they don't make any money on any repairs because the warranty company only pays a pre determined price so they conveniently let my warranty expire. Stay away from them and don't buy any warranty More
