They only do the right thing when forced to My husband and I have recently purchased a 2018 travel trailer from what is now Phillips Rv(previously Brown and Brown). Initially, my review had been excellent, but after only one year the salesman we had dealt with and also the sales manager no longer work there. It seems that they no longer care that we bought a camper from them. They lost our license plates! Yes, that's right. Somehow, they managed to lose our plates and refuse to replace them. They want us to pay for their mistake. I am sorry to say that my once excellent review has turned very negative. High turnover and poor management leaves me with quite a bitter taste in my mouth. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this dealership. UPDATE: 9/16/18: They finally did the right thing. It's a shame we had to involve the BBB in order to get them to do the right thing however. More
