When we returned they had evaluated and had an offer for our trade in which was low initially but they worked with us and got to where we were happy. Eric was a hoot in financing and while we got the paperwork taken care of Vincent got the HR-V all ready to go, warmed up and right beside our trade in so switching over our stuff was quick and easy.
