Don’t recommend the body shop I own a Honda and took my car for some minor body repairs at the Honda Body shop. They painted the rear trunk a different color from the rest of the car, and when I pointed it out to them they said,”No one will notice.” They kept my car an extra 2 days to repaint a small area, and it still seems off colored. They placed the Pilot emblem back on crooked and also did not replace the AWD and Touring emblems and never even told me. I only noticed it because I saw another car with the proper emblems on the back and realized mine were gone, So highly upset and disappointed, I will not take a car back there ever again. More

extremely disappointed Brought my 3 year old 2016 Honda Civic Touring in because the rear strut gave out. Three years old and having a strut go out? They got that fixed but my car also had a REALLY loud and annoying rattle while the radio was on. I asked them to fix it because I still had a bumper to bumper warranty and they told me it was normal and they could add some extra insulation for almost $300. I can’t even listen to music unless I shove paper between the rear deck and the glass in the back to make the rattle not as bad. My family has bought 5 honda’s there in the last 4 years and they can’t even take care of a small issue for me. Extremely disappointed and do NOT recommend going to Brown Honda for service. Will not be getting another car there. More

This is the first time that i felt that the salesman was honest, friendly and understanding. I was given the time to think and was made aware of all types that could fit me. Most important that was no pressure to choose anything that i thought was not necessary. i was comfortable throughout the process. When i wanted appointments for know my car more he did not hesitate to once more accommodate my schedule. In Short this was an awesome experience with a Mark Stevens Asma Abdel Halim. More

I wanted a Toyota, but I decided to visit three delerships and Honda was first on the list. I entered the Honda Dealership one Saturday in December with my son and was introduced to Nicole Hollingsworth as my Sales Person. Nicole was not pushy or difficult. She told us immediately that I was her first client and that if I asked her a question that she could not answer, she would ask another Salesperson. I explained the guidelines of what I wanted and when I left her office about 2 hours later, I had test driven 2 cars and had completed paperwork to lease a Honda Accord, that my son and I love. I am convinced that Nicole was the reason I chose Honda instead of moving on to the Toyota Dealership, which was my original destination before I left the house that day. More
Mark Fitzpatrick - Amazing I contacted a bunch of Honda dealerships in the area, interested to purchase a new Odyssey, and this dealership stood out as absolutely amazing, not j I contacted a bunch of Honda dealerships in the area, interested to purchase a new Odyssey, and this dealership stood out as absolutely amazing, not just due to a great price, that only one other dealership managed to come close to, but specifically because of Mark Fitzpatrick's no nonsense, down to earth, very respectful, friendly, prompt, and patient approach. I do a lot of research and ask a lot of questions. Unlike *every other* dealer, I never had to repeat a single question for Mark. I know I had a lot of very specific questions. Other dealers would often forget to answer some and I would have to contact them again and again repeating some of the questions. Mark clearly took care to read all my communications in detail and did not hesitate to go out on a limb to find answers to each of my questions, even when they required additional research. And he responded very promptly as well. At one point, Mark even took a great video for me, not just answering but *showing* the answers for the detailed questions I had about the specific van I was interested in. And all this before he had ever met or even spoken to me! Simply WOW! This was by far the most pleasant and easiest salesperson to deal with. Next time, I won't have to do much dealership research. I will simply seek out Mark, even if he moves to another dealership! More

We finally agreed on a delivered price. Brown Honda won our business. More
Engine on my 2015 was lugging Sylvan was more than helpful in recording the two problems I was experiencing with my CR-V (purchased new) with less than 8300 miles on it. When my car was finished, he went out of his way to explain the basic problem (loose air intake boot) so that it was totally understandable to me and also reassured me that the "driving on a washboard" feeling I also experienced should be cleared up with the tire balancing which it did. This is my third Honda and I purchased it with the hopes that I would not have any mechanical problems with it. I am disappointed with the car but not the service. L. E. Stewart More
