Got it on a Thursday and over the weekend put over 600 miles on it. All the staff are pleasant and knowledgable. Nice easy location to get to and can't wait to see the new remodeling of the showroom area. More

My rep, Manuel Ayala, was not only conscientious and informed, but also beyon My experience at Brown Daub Volvo of Nazareth was beyond my expectation. My rep, Manuel Ayala, was not only conscientious and informed, but also beyond patient, kind, and considerate of my delicate situation. At at time in my life where things were very uncertain, the need to purchase a vehicle was not something to look forward to in the least. The XC90 was what I dreamed to purchase. There was a black 2010 Luxury model in the lot. My daughters and I had been at the dealership way too long "crunching the numbers" and the manager Matt Kitchen, along with Manuel, offered to drive the beauty to the nearest diner with my children before "sealing the deal". Needless to say, when I returned, beautiful XC90 or not, I got cold feet. I left with my head down and apologies abounding. Would these guys even give me a second glance? Contrary to what most people experience, I was treated respectfully with handshakes and hugs. They understood completely and told me they would be here when the time was right. I kept in constant email contact with our now "friend", Manuel. and went back again in July. Their inventory was constantly changing and an XC90 was definitely not in my price range, now that I was a single parent of two. Third time is a charm, right? An XC60 is just as awesome as the 90 and Manuel informed me (with no pressure whatsoever) that there was one on the lot. A few days later, my brood and I, complete with Uncle Tom, visited Manuel, smiles and hugs abounding. Regardless of the fact that the XC60 I was interested in was sold, I purchased Cream Puff, a white XC70, that has put a smile on my family's face, even though a snazzy Volvo SUV was what we were really hoping for. When my life changes again.... I know exactly who I will call and where I will make my purchase. These guys, Spiderman (you too) are a part of my family now. Honesty and work done in a timely manner BROWN DAUB went out of their way to repair a covered item while another dealership closer to me, tried to charge me for this covered repair. From now BROWN DAUB went out of their way to repair a covered item while another dealership closer to me, tried to charge me for this covered repair. From now on, even though it's approximately 120 miles round trip verses 60 miles round trip, BROWN DAUB is my dealer of choice. Honesty is definitely the best policy. More
Patient and Funny This is my 4th vehicle from Brown Daub, 3 of which have been with Brown Daub Volvo. Each person that have help me have been awesome. We did not go in to purchase, just get an idea what was out there. Manuel was so patient with us, helping us choose what was best for my mother. Went in to purchase the XC60 but after sizing the vehicle up, we realized it was not the best choice for us. Manuel never pushed us into anything that we did not need. He could have gotten a larger commission but this is not what he went for. He also knew that I did not want to go smaller than the S60 that I had been driving for the last 4 years. I have to say, he was great. Everyone had gone home and he was still outside with me explaining all the features and getting Sirius XM setup, Internet setup, remote app, Bluetooth setup, among all the other features that came with the car. I think the store closed at 8:00 p.m. and we did not pull out of the dealership until 8:45 p.m.. He was the best, I do not think I've had a more patient car salesmen than Manuel Ayala. Thank you Brown Daub for hiring such an awesome salesmen. P.S. when I came back in the next day to drop off my spare key, he took an awesome picture you all should check out in their shop. We left the dealership confident and comfortable with the new car.. After, Bob made himself available via telephone to answer in detail and even walk us through some of the options we had to re-review.
