Today I was in Nazareth with my 3 month old daughter and got a flat tire so I stopped by the dealer to check it out. Unbeknownst to me, it was quiting time for the Service Department. They didn’t tell me until after they took my car. I feel horrible and they are all smiles and happy to help!!! It is Saturday and their day is over - if I was them, I would be very upset. The tire is giving them some struggles but they are still all smiles! Karl and Mark in Service are amazing!!! Love this dealership and I love my car!!! Thank you gentlemen for such an amazing experience. And I am so sorry for keeping you at work late! Because I didn’t know if this site earlier - I also want to rate my leasing experience.
