Karl is top notch and extremely helpful. I got to work with Kessley today and she was amazing; Beyond friendly and helpful. I waited for my car and my sales person Bob Swick stopped over to say hi to my 8 month old daughter and me. Did I mention, I love, love, love the folks at Brown Daub Volvo??? I do! And I love my XC90!!! It is just a great atmosphere as well. More

Good and fair purchase process at that time when we arrived at a point that was balanced and fair to everyone. Since that time my primary interaction has been with the service department and that has been stellar. Dawn, the Service Manager, is great to work with and has gone beyond expectations on numerous occasions. Karl, the lead Service Advisor is extremely knowledgeable and maintains a high level of customer service in every situation. When I've had a car issue he has always been responsive and timely with getting my car serviced and back to me. The mechanics in the Service Department are also top notch and have earned my trust over the years. I recently had a situation where I needed a new vehicle as my 2012 XC60 was struck by lightning and 100% totaled. Although I have another Volvo dealer much closer to home, I again went to Brown Daub given my experience over the past 6 years with the dealership. This time around I worked with Barbara, Bob, Ken and Matt as I worked thru the decision as to which Volvo to purchase. Everyone took their time with me, went thru multiple test drives with both my wife and me (at different times) and spent the time necessary to get everyone comfortable with the decision eventually made. Despite some mid-decision changes and wanting a vehicle with options not easily located, the overall purchase process was a relatively painless and enjoyable experience as everyone worked hard to make the delivery of the new 2018 XC60 Inscription happen. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership as one that should be considered in the search of a new Volvo. I know this can all sound too good to be true given how many dealerships I've experienced seem to work but I would, without hesitation, send anyone I know to this dealership if they are looking for a Volvo. We were going through a rough time, my husband had cancer and was going for treatment, and our vehicle we owned blew its engine. Mr. Swick and Mr. Frable, helped us through the deal and it was a wonderful experience. And since the purchase, I return the vehicle there for service, The service department staff headed by Mr. Landon has treated me wonderfully. I do not have any complaints. They are always so very helpful and caring. Thank you! More

Extremely negligent and very poor customer service. I came to the dealership in Nazareth for general service for my Volvo and to have a bearing replaced. I quickly discovered my brakes were incorrectly I came to the dealership in Nazareth for general service for my Volvo and to have a bearing replaced. I quickly discovered my brakes were incorrectly reattached, which was bad enough. To make matters worse, the cover for the underside of my car was not secured and flew off on the highway when I was driving home. Needless to say, I was terrified and almost got into an accident. I had to make a second trip to the dealer so they could fix the problems that never should've existed in the first place. When I reached out to the company's customer service department, they dismissed my concerns with a form letter and misspelled my name. I dont usually post these kind of reviews, but my experience at this dealership was truly unacceptable. I hope this review can prevent someone else from having a similar experience. Think twice before bring your car here. More
