Great Service! I was so pleased with the staff of Brown Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley. I called 2 days before Christmas because of a warning message regarding tire pr I was so pleased with the staff of Brown Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley. I called 2 days before Christmas because of a warning message regarding tire pressure and re-calibration on my XC-40. i tried to put air in my tires at 2 different service stations without success. The Service Manager told me to come in within an hour and they would have a technician check my tires and then re-calibrate them. I wanted to learn how to re-calibrate them myself so the technician walked me through the process. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes and able to finish my Christmas shopping that afternoon and there was no charge for my visit. More

Most Pleasurable Car-Leasing Experience This was by far the easiest , most pleasurable car leasing experience I have had. From the moment I inquired online about a specific vehicle. Barbara called for the details and lease requirements and shortly after that contacted me with the details. I was hesitant being the dealership is 75 miles from my home but Barbara assured me I was in good hands and she was right!! Total opposite of dealing with the stereotypical NY or NJ salesperson trying to hit a homerun of a deal and rip the consumer off. Next day went to pick of the vehicle and was greeted by Bob and Mark. These two gentlemen were informative and enthusiastic about the car , the brand and the dealership. Both spent a considerable amount of time going over all the details especially Bob going over the tons of technology inside the car. If the dealership was closer I would probably go back to get a second tutorial from Bob. He assured me he is only a phone call away if I had any questions. Their attractive, spacious new showroom is such a comfortable place to wait and everyone is pleasant and helpful. Former service manager Bob Sedlock was outstanding and over time became a trusted friend. New service manager Karl Landon is maintaining that high standard, as are service representatives Dawn Rasmussen and Kellsey Utter. I want to drive a Volvo partly because it is an excellent car but also because I'm lucky to have Brown Daub to take care of it. More
