Upon entering the Brown Daub Volvo Dealership, overall the staff are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. All of the staff members that we personally dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and overly acco the staff are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. We visited the morning after a snowstorm; the lot was clear and all of the cars were clean and ready for customers. Except for one, the model we were looking for. It had just come in as a trade; Marco immediately had the car ready for us to see and test drive. Long story short, it was the car that we purchased. Mark then provided us with all of the specifics of the vehicle and Tony expertly handled the financial aspect. The person who prepped the Volvo for delivery also did a fantastic job.
