A/C not working Picked up my car, AC still not working. I was told the compressor was fine, and it was low on Freon. I pick up the car, and the AC still does not wo Picked up my car, AC still not working. I was told the compressor was fine, and it was low on Freon. I pick up the car, and the AC still does not work properly. I am charged $244. My next visit (which I haven't received a survey for yet) I'm charged another $100 for a copay of my service contract because the compressor now was the problem, which they didn't find the first time. When I asked Craig about the $244 I paid previously, he said the service contract (Zurich) would pay for it. I called them, and they said no because Brown Daub should have caught this the first time, and were paid 100%. I called Craig back, and he agreed to call Joseph Cimmino (Zurich Team Lead Kansas City Office). I got a message back from Craig stating there's nothing Zurich or Kia can do, and that he apologizes that he was under the wrong impression about the reimbursement. There was no offer to compensate me for the mistake they made with the diagnosis. This whole experience has been disappointing. More
