Had an issue with replacement of my tires. Returned for tire balancing 3 times with Faulken tires. Finally I decided to replace the tires with the original brand and all has been resolved. Brought my car in for inspection & Emissions, upon arrival I was immediately welcomed by the service center took care of the paper work and I was on my way. Next day to my surprise the service center arrival I was immediately welcomed by the service center took care of the paper work and I was on my way. Next day to my surprise the service center call me to inform me that my car was ready for pick up, well before the time that they said it would be ready. I even received a free oil change. So I was very appreciative for there quick turn around to get my car in and out as fast as possible. More
