craig was very polite explained in detail regarding my service.also he explained the weather was too cold for wash i agreed,he said if driving by when warmer stop by for wash.with people like craig and al service.also he explained the weather was too cold for wash i agreed,he said if driving by when warmer stop by for wash.with people like craig and also last time a girl with black hair was also very good in taking care of my car and explaining.with a service dept with your personal you have a loyal customer. on another note i tried 2 different times to by a new kia in 2016 gateway blew you out of the water.the second time last year brown daub for 2017 kia forte was 900 dollars more and 11 thousand more mi. last intrest was almost 14%. gateway with amc fed credit union rate 4.2%. as a loyal customer of service you should look into your sales structure. I am highly disappointed in our most recent service. My oil was changed and then after coming home, oil leaked all over our brand new (unsealed) garage floor.
