After 7 days and $750 to diagnose an intermittent no start problem they replaced the starter. A week later there was two more no starts. They did not do the TSB that I asked them to do that described th start problem they replaced the starter. A week later there was two more no starts. Service department is great.. my issue is that I moved to New Jersey and I am over an hour and 20 minutes away. I asked if I could transfer my service plan to a local Kia dealership and was told no. Mechanics need more training..My car was fail for inspection..stated it was one but when my personal Mechanic looked at it was something totally different.
